TIMES DELIVERY : 3 to 10 days of routing by Chronopost or the post office, dice reception of the purchase order and the payment, if the customer took the precaution to check the available item in stock knowing that we grant ourselves (if necessary) 2 days of time to join together the products to be dispatched.

INSURANCE :

MINIMUM insurance of the post office.

It can happen that the parcel is damaged at the time of the delivery, you must imperatively:

1 - to open in front of the deliveryman and to make possibly note the damages.
2 - to emit an OFFICIAL written complaint specifying the detail of the damages.
3 - preserve a double, so that we can make play the insurance which we take for each dispatched parcel.
4 - TO REFUSE the parcel to leave it in the circuit of the conveyer.

MODES OF PAYMENTS

The orders can be paid by check, credit transfer, money order in euros (€) or credit cards by telephone.


METHODS Of EXCHANGE

In the event of return for defect or error of our share, the carriage costs will be with our load.

In the event of exchange at the request of the customer, all the carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.



In accordance with the L.121-16 article of the Code of Consumption, you have a seven days deadline frank as from the delivery of the order to turn over the product for exchange or refunding, without penalties except for the Freight costs which remain with the load of the customer.

The articles dirtied, damaged, used will never be shown.

In the event of abusive return, we reserve ourselves the right to refuse any further order. The prices which will be to you invoicees are those of the date of your order, to which the taxes and applicable possible costs are added carriage.

The prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (€).

We guarantee that the dispatched objects are in perfect state. If there are a hidden blemish, vice or any other crack coming from the manufacturer and not from the conveyer, we commit ourselves changing the object in the measurement of stocks available.
